Mujahedul Islam is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Governance Studies (CGS). He is currently working as a Research & Teaching Assistant at University of Toronto, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He worked as an Intern in the United Nations Headquarters.

Mujahed also worked for Hertie School of Governance, Berlin, Germany & BRAC Institute of Governance and Development, Dhaka, Bangaldesh. Previously he was Research Assistant at the CGS. He is currently pursuing doctoral programme in political science at University of Toronto, Canada. Earlier he studied at Hertie School of Governance and University of Dhaka
