Dear Sir, Take my greetings. I, Md. Sunbin Islam, I am pursuing my master's program at Waseda University, Japan. I am now engaged in the initial stages of my research project titled "River Encroachment in Bangladesh and the Tragedy of Commons: Elinor Ostrom Governance Model for Shaping River Regulations." As a former chair of NRCC, you have given insight on the river encroachment problem in Bangladesh, which I have been following. I am seeking your expert opinion on my master's thesis to improve it. Your knowledge and experience could provide valuable understanding for me. Can I schedule an online interview with you via Zoom? It would take around 30 minutes. Would you please send your email ID, Sir? I am waiting for your response, Sir. Kind regards, Md.
