Kazi Shams Mohsin Rhid is doing his Masters at the Department of Public Administration at the University of Dhaka, he has finished his Undergraduate degree from the same department and university. He has joined CGS as an Research Intern and now he is promoted as Research Assistant, he has been studying governance for the past 5 and a half years at university and this is a good starting point to put his knowledge to work. He looks forward to honing his skills to learn about the world through research and analysis.
